Kompany does start. Origi in as striker ahead of Lukaku. Personally feel this is the best XI that they could have put out there under circumstances.

No Altidore as expected. Is available off bench though. BIG wrinkle for the U.S. Twitter claims they're going 4-3-3 with centre back Geoff Cameron as an attacking midfielder. I'll reserve thoughs until this actually happens. FWIW, Cameron has played as a midfielder for club and country before.
